Coucou is free to use, with no charge per response. Pro costs $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year after a 3-day free trial. Enterprise costs $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year after a 1-month free trial. All prices are in USD and billed through Lemon Squeezy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited forms, up to 50 blocks and 10 pages per form, 2048 MB of storage, 25 MB per file, and 5 AI form generations a month.
What do the paid plans add?
Paid plans unlock custom branding, logic jumps, Google Sheets sync, workspaces and the audit log. They also raise the caps: Pro allows 200 blocks per form across 5 seats, Enterprise allows unlimited blocks per form across 25 seats. Google Sheets sync is available on this deployment for qualifying paid-plan entitlements.

How many people can use one subscription?
Seats are per plan: Free includes 1, Pro includes 5, Enterprise includes 25. Invite teammates from workspace settings — the seat cap is enforced when an invitation is accepted.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Open Billing in workspace settings to change plans or cancel; payment details and the customer portal are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the period already paid for, and the refund policy covers the rest.
What happens if a payment fails?
A subscription keeps granting access while it is active or on trial. If it lapses, the workspace falls back to the Free plan limits: existing forms and responses stay exactly where they are, and only new work beyond the Free caps is blocked.
