Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coucou, including our website, dashboard, form builder, and public form pages. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use coucou. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access via Contact support.

You agree not to use coucou to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Collect sensitive data without proper consent and safeguards
• Send spam, phishing content, or malware
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service

You are solely responsible for the content of forms you create and for obtaining any consents required from respondents.

Public forms you publish may be submitted by people who do not have coucou accounts. You are responsible for telling respondents what data you collect and how you will use it. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process data on your behalf as the platform provider.

coucou and its original content, features, and branding remain our property. You retain ownership of forms and response data you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the service.

coucou may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method at the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Integrations are coming soon. When available, optional integrations (such as Google Sheets) will be subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you connect. You enable integrations at your own discretion.

We strive to keep coucou available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

coucou is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, coucou and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using coucou at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
