Say it, and it’s a form

Skip the drag-and-drop for your first draft. Open the New form page, describe what you need in plain words — a contact form, an RSVP, a job application — and Coucou drafts the whole form for you. Review it, tweak it, and create it with one click.

Your in-builder assistant

Every form now has a Coucou chat dock in the corner of the editor. Ask it to add a field, reword a label, change colors, or move things around — the changes are applied to your form as you chat. It understands your current layout, so edits stay grounded in what’s actually on the canvas.

Saved, but yours to keep

Conversations are kept in your chat history so you can pick up where you left off, and every AI use is counted against a simple monthly quota. A free tier is included; heavier use is part of a paid plan.

Connect Coucou to the tools you already use

Form responses no longer have to live only in Coucou. Send them to a spreadsheet, a Discord channel, Zapier, or any URL you choose — right when someone submits.

Google Sheets

Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations, then open any form’s Responses page and pick a spreadsheet. New answers append as rows. If you add or rename questions later, column headers stay in step. Already have responses? Use Sync all to catch them up.

Webhooks for Discord, Zapier, and more

On a form’s responses page, paste a webhook URL and Coucou will deliver each submission there. Use Discord for a channel message, Zapier for Catch Hook automations, or any custom endpoint. You can send a test delivery before you turn it on, and optionally add a secret so your side can verify the request came from Coucou.

Slack and Notion are next on the list. Until those land, a webhook is the bridge into almost anything else.

Sign in to start a post, vote on one you care about, or leave a comment. Replies nest under the original comment so the thread stays readable. Screenshots are welcome when something looks off.

Posts can move from open to planned, in progress, or done as we pick them up. Closed posts stay visible so you can still read the discussion.

Discover Templates as a Guest

Browse the template library freely without signing in. Open Templates, search by keyword, and use filters to find the right form template for your needs.

Sign In When You're Ready

When you find a template you want to use, simply click it. Coucou will prompt you to sign in, then automatically create a form based on your selected template.

Continue Where You Left Off

If you selected a template before signing in, we’ll remember your choice. After you authenticate, Coucou will automatically continue the form creation process so you can pick up right where you left off.

Google Sheets

• Download your answers. You can now export your form's answers to a spreadsheet file. If a sync ever fails, you'll get a clear message instead of silence.
• More dependable sync. We made the connection between your form and Google Sheets more reliable and easier to fix when something goes wrong.

• Cleaner email addresses. We tidy up email addresses when you sign up, so your account always works.

Coucou makes it simple to create forms. Pick a question type, drop it onto your form, and it's ready to go. Your work saves automatically while you build.

• Lots of question types. Ask for short answers, long answers, emails, phone numbers, dates, single or multiple choices, ratings, files, and more.
• Easy editing. Change your question text, hints, and answer options right where you see them.
• A button that matches your style. Choose the look of your submit button to fit your form.

Publish and share

• A link to share. Every form gets its own web link. Anyone with the link can fill it in, no account needed.
• Publish when you're ready. Keep a form in draft until it's ready, publish it to go live, and archive it when you're done. You can also set the exact times your form opens and closes.
• Preview before you publish. See exactly what your form looks like to visitors.

• Answers saved automatically. Every submission is saved to your form's answer list.
• Easy to review. Browse, search, and organize your answers in a clean list.
• Send answers to Google Sheets. Connect your Google account and have every new submission added to a spreadsheet automatically.
